So, the real reason you’re here. How do you make these little convenient sachets of matcha into the creamiest, autumnal matcha latte?
1 cup of coconut milk
½ tsp of cinnamon
½ tsp of ginger
½ tsp of ground cardamom
1 tsp of coconut butter
1 sachet of Four Sigmatic Matcha Latte with Maitake
- In a pan, heat one cup of coconut milk and allow to gently simmer. Add a touch of cinnamon and any other autumnal spices you desire. We like ginger and cardamon too.
- Add the coconut butter and allow to melt.
- With a milk frothier, whisk the milk and the spiced together. Pour into your mug.
- In a separate bowl, empty the sachet of matcha and add a touch of warm water. Whisk well then pour over the hot mug of coconut milk. Enjoy.
