Medicinal mushrooms will always be one of our favourite tools as they support and help to regulate the immune system by containing powerful immune-boosting polysaccharides, 1,2/1,6 beta-glucans. PLUS they have wonderful adaptogenic properties for the times when our nervous system needs a little TLC too.
