Omega 3

Omega 3 needs a bit of love, in our opinion, and is often lacking in many diets. A pure, fresh omega 3 supplement will serve you well, supporting optimal brain health and mental wellbeing, skin and eye health. Plus, omega 3 rich foods and fish oil, have important anti-inflammatory properties.

DHA and EPA are essential omega 3 fatty acids, meaning the body cannot synthesis them by itself, so they must be consumed through diet and/ or supplementation. We’re currently incorporating Bare Biology’s omega 3 fish oil range into our supplement protocol as they value sustainability, quality and one capsule of their omega 3 fish oil contain more omega 3 than a tin of sardines.
