Megan Hallett is a London-based women's health expert and nutrition coach working remotely, trainee nutritional therapist (College of Naturopathic Medicine) and Cookbook author. Megan predominately specialises in women's hormone health, ranging from endocrine conditions such as PCOS and Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, to addressing the root cause of symptoms including acne, PMS, hair loss, low mood/ mood swings and fatigue

Megan is a HUGE advocate for abundance over deprivation and believes that education is an important part of working with a health profession. You will able to implement the recommendations and changes ​into your life for the longterm rather than just being told what to do and eat.

Megan's approach differs from client to client, one thing that remains consistent is that there will always be a deep dive into the root cause of your symptoms rather than just tackling the physical manifestations. We are so often handed medication or seek out alternatives that mask the outcomes of our hormonal imbalances instead of tackling the drivers head on.  


First, book in a consultation below. Lasting around half an hour over the phone (this is free), it is a chance for Megan to learn about you and run through a health history. The follow-up appointment takes place the following week once you have kept a food diary, keeping track of nutrition and how you feel each day.

The follow up lasts 1 hour, where Megan will go into real depth on recommendations and improvements, from nutrition to lifestyle adjustments. Every client is different so every protocol is different, but the sessions aim to give you all the tools you need to effectively balance your hormones and tackle the root cause of the imbalance. 

Whilst Megan believes that monthly calls see the best results, it really is up to you on how much you check in. Be it once a month, once every two months or for the one-off appointment.

Introductory call (20 minutes) = Free 

1.30 hr consultation = £100

1-hour phone call coaching session = £65 (Half an hour call = £40)

6 Month Plan = 6 sessions over the course of 6 months (one per month), 6 session is free. Pay after each session instead of in one go (£355). 

I find that six months is an optimal amount of time to see significant change and make lasting habits and improvements for your health. For most, I recommend this option. 

Please note, in the consultation you will not be given any specific recommendations, that is what the follow up is for. It is best to see a full week's worth of food looks like first before the work begins.
