SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY
We have two options: Royal Mail next-day delivery and standard delivery.
Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days, whilst next day delivery will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 5pm. We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Standard postage will cost you £3.30 but if you’re in a rush, next day is £4.50 if you order before 5pm.
HOWEVER, to celebrate our launch, we're offering FREE standard postage on all orders.
We are currently only shipping within the UK, but watch this space as we will be expanding into Europe soon.
If you change your mind and return your item within 14 days, unopened and in a re-saleable condition, we will refund you. Unfortunately, if an item has been opened or used, we are unable to offer a refund. If this is the case and your item or items are not in a re-saleable condition, we will return them to you.
If your item or items arrived a little worse for wear, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the goods. We will get back to you ASAP.
Please note, we do not accept returns if you have purchased a product via the individual brand's website/ shop, nor will our brands accept returns of goods purchased on glow market.
To request a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you would like to return and why you would like to return it. We will get back to you ASAP with further information and the next steps. Please note, if you do not email us before hand, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Please include the packing slip in your return.
You will be required to pay for the shipping costs of the return and unfortunately, will cannot refund the original shipping cost.
