True MCT Oil
Ancient and Brave True MCT Oil is designed to support and sustain energy levels naturally, providing a balanced blend of 60% C8 caprylic acid and 40% C10 capric acid. Ancient and Brace MCT Oil is clean, lightweight and completely flavourless, making it easy to add to smoothies and hot drinks. This MCT oil has been entirely sourced from coconuts with no palm oil or lauric acid, without the use of solvents and chemicals.
What is MCT oil? MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides, types of saturated fatty acids which rather than being stored, tend to be quickly absorbed, converted into ketones and utilised in cellular metabolism and energy production. Ancient and Brace True MCT Oil supports those opting for a ketogenic diet, looking for a quick energy boost or for a mental health boost, as ketones may be an optimal source of fuel for brain cells.
